Thank you for shopping at Rheon Digital.
Rheon Digital sells digital products only, including but not limited to eBooks, templates, toolkits, planners, and other downloadable digital content.
Digital Products & Refunds
Due to the intangible and instantly accessible nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered or access has been granted.
Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or “un-downloaded.”
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate or accidental multiple charges for the same product
- Verified technical issues that prevent access to the purchased product and cannot be resolved by our support team
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and must include the order number and the email address used at checkout.
Approval of a refund is at the sole discretion of Rheon Digital after review.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
